Mumbai's best dosa

Mumbai?s best dosa -- Recommended: Mysore masala dosa, near Sophia College

This is a street-side special you will not find at any restaurant serving south Indian food in Mumbai.

While the traditional Mysore masala dosa has red chutney spread on the dosa before a spicy potato filling is wrapped inside, the version at this small street stall goes a step further. Or two.

In go finely chopped onions, tomatoes and capsicum on top of the spiced potatoes. Then it's all mashed up, almost pav bhaji-style, before it's rolled and cut into four chunky pieces that are crispy on the edges and soggy in the center.
